COVID-19: An Update on Your Orders

Firstly, we would like to remind you that support from our dedicated team is still available 9:00 to 17:00 (GMT), Monday to Friday. So, do not hesitate to contact us via the usual channels.

In our last business update amid COVID-19, we promised to inform you of any changes we receive from senior management who are monitoring the current situation very closely. 

Consequently, please be advised that we adjusted our warehouse opening times to three days per week for our employees' protection. While we want you to receive your orders as soon as possible, our main priority is the safety and wellbeing of our employees. 

Therefore, we will dispatch your orders on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays only. Additionally, we can accept deliveries between 12:30 and 16:00 on the above days. 

Please continue to bear with us. Rest assured we are doing our utmost to keep the business moving, and these measures are in place to ensure your orders are processed safely.
