Anti-Rotation Pin Removed from Sensor Packaging

21-04-2022

We are in the process of removing the anti-rotation pin from all sensor packaging.

Why are we removing the anti-rotation pin?

Lately, there has been a notable shift in attitudes and behaviours towards combating climate change. Many companies are now making a conscious effort to lessen their impact on the environment.

It is a well-known fact that TPMS sensors help reduce a vehicle’s carbon footprint. Properly inflated tyres improve fuel efficiency, meaning lower CO2 emissions. While looking for ways to become more environmentally friendly, we identified removing the anti-rotation pin would be a simple yet effective step to cut waste.

Retain and Reuse

The most sustainable option is to retain and reuse anti-rotation pins instead of discarding them after just one use.
